MICRONEEDLING
Microneedling is a beneficial treatment for those wanting to reduce pigmentation, sun damage, scaring and fine lines, and for uneven skin tone.

At South Downs Aesthetics, we use a medical grade automatic microneedle therapy system to deliver a series of tiny painless punctures to the skin. This stimulates the skins natural healing process, promoting the production of collagen and elastin. We also like to use a bespoke serum which is applied during the microneedling for your skins optimum outcome.

All microneedling treatments start with a double cleanse, microneedling including bespoke serum and finishing products. Microneedling can be used on any area of the body but most commonly the face, neck and décolletage.

A course of three treatments are recommended for optimum results, with three to four weeks between treatments. A luxury facial can also be included with mircroneedling, which is a great addition to elevate treatment.

LUXURY FACIAL
A luxury facial includes a double cleanse which will ensure the skin is clean. Following the cleanse an enzyme peel is used to remove the top layer of dead skin cells whilst encouraging new cells to come to the surface, leaving skin looking clear, smooth and soft. When gently massaged onto skin, the natural multi-action enzymes effectively peel and help uncover a fresh, new complexion. You will then receive a steam and extraction.
The ultrasonic scrubber uses soundwaves to loosen up sebum, dead skin cells, and dirt form the pores which the steam helped loosen. This allows the scrubber with high-frequency vibrations to loosen and draw excess oils, dead skin cells, and debris out of pores via sound waves.
A serum, targeted to your skin concerns, will be applied followed by a face mask. Icy globes are used as a cold massage for the facial muscles and help penetrate the serum ingredients into your skin as well as reducing puffiness. After this stage you will be placed under the LED light which will be targeted to your skin concern. Then finishing products and SPF will be applied.

The dermalux flex is the worlds most powerful portable LED device which provides blue, red and near infared wavelenths allowing targeted treatment for your needs. LED therapy is used for reducing wrinkles, fine lines and age spots, improving facial texture, improving psoriasis, fights acne and other bacterial conditions, rosacea and eczema, improving wound healing and reducing stretch marks. The dermalux flex can be used on the body as well as the face.

CHEMICAL PEEL
This 30% TCA chemical peel which is dedicated for all skin types and age groups, acts on deep stimulation of the skin without damaging the outer layers of the epidermis. The intensive process of skin revitalization takes place without the effect of exfoliation and damage to the photoprotective structures of the skin, making the treatment safe for the whole year. This treatment beneficial for brightening dull skin, reducing fine lines, reducing pigmentation, acne prevention and helps with congested skin.

ANTI WRINKLE INJECTIONS
Anti wrinkle injections, also known as botox, block certain chemical signals from nerves that cause muscles to contract, thus reducing wrinkles. The most common use of these injections is to relax the facial muscles that cause frown lines and other facial wrinkles. Anti wrinkle injections can last from 3-6 months depending on the person.

SKIN BOOSTERS
Skin boosters are an incredible treatment that can help to rejuvenate the skin and give it a beautiful, refreshed look. These boosters work as an internal moisturizer and skin booster, improving the overall quality, texture, and appearance of your skin. They are perfect for treating a variety of skin issues, such as dull, tired-looking skin, fine lines and wrinkles, and areas of skin damage caused by acne or sun damage.
