By booking an appointment with South Downs Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the highest quality of care, safety, and professionalism for all clients.
---
Appointments & Timing
Lateness Policy: Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may forfeit their slot. In such cases, the practitioner reserves the right to charge up to the full cost of the treatment booked.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged up to full cost of the treatment.
Repeated Non-Attendance: If a client misses subsequent appointments, it will be at the discretion of the practitioner whether any further appointments are accepted.
Re scheduling appointments
If the client requests to re schedule more than twice, the practitioner holds the right to refuse re scheduling.
—
Please arrive at your appointment with light or no make up on. If heavy make up is worn, this may require more time spent removing the make up, therefore the practitioner may not have enough time to complete the intended treatment/ procedure.
---
Client Forms & Medical History
All clients must complete the required medical and consent forms prior to their appointment. If these forms are not completed in advance and must be done during the appointment time, this may reduce the time available for treatment, and in some cases, the treatment may not be fully or safely completed.
---
Medical Policy
If you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment, please notify the clinic as early as possible. Certain symptoms or conditions may mean it is unsafe to proceed with treatment. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment on medical grounds if you are unwell or if it is not clinically appropriate to continue. In such cases, especially where prior notice has not been given, the appointment may still be chargeable.
---
Consultation & Practitioner Discretion
Treatments are only carried out after a thorough consultation. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or defer treatment if it is deemed not in the client’s best interest or if safety or ethical concerns arise.
---
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the loss of your deposit.
